Our Commitment
At xthAB Limited, privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation of everything we build. This policy explains how we handle information across our corporate website and products.
This Website
This website (xthab.com) does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party services that collect visitor data. We do not operate a contact form on this website — all communication is via direct email or telephone, listed on our Contact page. We do not collect personal information through this website unless you voluntarily reach out.
No device storage or tracking technology of any kind: this website does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, web beacons, pixel tags, fingerprinting, service workers, or any similar technology that stores information on, or accesses information from, your device. Because no such technology is used, consent under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), Regulation 6, and the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), Article 5(3), is not required, and no cookie banner is shown.
Our server logs may temporarily record standard connection information (IP address, browser type, requested page) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for tracking and are retained for no more than 30 days.
Our Products
Each of our products — BOware, Cyfero, Villip, and tawqi3 — has its own detailed privacy policy that governs data handling within that specific service. Our products are designed with privacy by default, employing zero knowledge encryption, end-to-end encryption, and minimal data collection as appropriate.
We do not share user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes across any of our products.
Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to not be subject to automated decision-making.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@xthab.com.
